To my John Galliano...

John Galliano arrives at the Police Station today, Paris 28/02/11.

We got used to the saying  " one king falls another rises", I don't know who would be the heir of such a king, Galliano, but i know the king fell down, deep down. Shame on you John, what have you done to our dreams, what have you done to the art, to the creativity, to the colors you used to color our life with? Who gave you the right to fool us all?

I didn't want to believe the story when i heard it and read about it till I saw the video today. I saw a human like any other human, the sensitive John, the one who gets tipsy after sipping some alcohol and who may say -like anyone if us- things he would regret later, but not these words John, not these words.

When i saw the video, it was obvious to me that those who were talking/irritating/provoking the designer, knew very well were their game would lead but John didn't know he was destroying himself, his career, his dream and dreams of thousands others who are inspired every day id not by his creativity and designs, by his own look.
In this same Video, under that hat a sad Galliano alone in a "Brasserie" trying to exist, "I talk then I exist" situation showing how sad the fashion world can be, a man who works non stop to amaze us viewers and lovers and believers and forget sometimes that behind all this work there is a Man, a human being.
It isn't time to judge THE GALLIANO, he fell deep down and who knows what hell he is living now. It is time for fashion world and fashion industry and fashionistas to show their love to a weak soul that cries for help.

All my love and support to John, I can't excuse his acts but i can't believe someone with his sensibility and a great artist like him can pronounce such words and hurt others, not only the 2 or 3 to whom he was speaking but an entire society, the entire world.

Xxx,

S.
